Please NOTE: Holiday Meals Cancellation Policy!
If for any reason you need to cancel an order placed for holiday meals, for example during Thanksgiving, Christmas, or New Years week, we will need a 48hr advanced notice to be able to serve you to the best of our ability. Specialty holiday items require more time to be planed thus requiring more of a notice if things don't go as planned for all parties. Otherwise, all orders are subject to the terms of our regular cancellation policy.

To provide our catering customers with the best possible experience, Plaza Catering understands that details around your event can change, and we will work with you to accommodate any modifications to your order. A refund of 100% will be given for cancellations, if a 24-hour notice from delivery time is given. If less than 24-hour notice, a 50% refund will be given.
