Plaza Catering understands that details around your event can change and will work to accommodate any modifications to your order.
Policy does not apply to special menu items or custom orders that require a 48-hour notice, no refunds for special or custom orders.
A refund of 100% will be given for cancellations, if a 24-hour notice or more from delivery time is given.
Less than 24-hour notice, a 50% refund will be given.
Less than 12-hour notice, a 25% refund will be given.
Less than 6-hour notice, no refunds.
