Plaza Catering Cancellation Policy
To provide our catering customers with the best possible experience,
Plaza Catering understands that details around your event can change, and we will work with you to accommodate any modifications to your order.
A refund of 100% will be given for cancellations, iif a 24-hour notice or more from delivery time is given.
Less than 24-hour notice, a 50% refund will be given.
Less than 12-hour notice, a 25% refund will be given.
Less than 6-hour notice, no refunds.
This does not apply to special menu items and custom orders that require a 48-hour notice.
No refunds will be given if canceling outside of 48-hours for special and custom items.
